All Splendid Cordless Butane Powered Pencil Torch (8Lx0.5Wx0.5H)

Received my bottle of magnesium right away! It seems to be working already - much faster than me drugstore brand. My husband & I are very pleased.

This product doesn’t really work. It’s impossible to get lit and when you do it only works in an upright or slightly horizontal position. If you point it over halfway down or just down in general it loses the flame.

Never used but good deal cheap

These torches are extremely cheap and barely/rarely work. Save your money and buy one that is actually dependable.

This was good, until it wasn’t. Worked for about a month, although even during that time, the adjustable flame was very inconsistent. Then it became more & more difficult to use...I would light it once and the flame would be non-existant, the next time it was high enough to catch the house on fire...or scorch your eyebrows! Why can’t anyone make a quality torch that lasts and works the way it should. This is the fifth one I have tried over the last year. I would pay more if it for one I didn’t have to replace after a month.

I use this on wood burning when I need to darken/burn large areas. It takes forever with the nibs and it doesn't look as nice. Wear gloves, use a metal ruler and you have a perfect guideline to burn. Make sure you have good ventilation because you are blackening the wood. The only downfall is because of it's size it doesn't hold a lot of butane. Other than that it rates a 10 on my scale.Kathy

Day 1 fantastic, day 2? Wouldn't light, tried to add butane and it wouldn't take, so I opened the valve (turned it left) and didn't hear the gas coming out. Left it in my shed over night and came back to it in 2 pieces, the pressure built up and blew it apart. Temps here have been between 40°F and 70°F.

Little tricky to get used to , works efficiently, good buy in my book
