Tip of syringe too small
The tip of the syringe is too small. When I put the tip into the bottle cap that the pharmacy supplied, the tip was smaller than the opening and medication ran out and was wasted. This may not be a problem for everyone depending what their need was.

Great but not sterile
These are great! I just wish they were sterile...

Great for Vertical Fill
Holds up the syringe while you can pour into it. Didn't have to hold it or use one hand to hold a finger over the tip of the syringe. Made my job so much easier.

Cap fits snugly. Could be less expensive but does the job.

Does not fit a standard syringe
If you buy this product, make sure you also buy the same brand syringe. These caps do not fit the syringes I bought in my local pharmacy.
