I’m pretty pleased with the laptop. For the most part, pretty easy to set up and easy to use. I was able to transfer a lot of my stuff over. Not terribly heavier nothing like that and battery life seems to last quite a while. I do like the touchscreen function of it for sure. Didn’t have any problems on using my printers or anything else via Wi-Fi. Works great for my little business.

Great at home PC, easy set up, be sure to read the front of the box, it tells you what not to do when setting it up so that hat you don’t mess up the lifetime Excel/Word, it’s already installed so do not download the free trial. It’s quick, easy to use, perfect size, not heavy at all, good battery life, the added freebies we a nice touch. Excellent value for the cost, I would 100% recommend it.

Everything you can possibly need in one computer. Visual quality is outstanding as is the touchscreen, memory and its overall capabilities. It’s ultra lightweight making it perfect for travel. Comes with tons of great accessories!! I’m very happy with this purchase!

Do not buy from this seller. I received my new HP "Flagship 15.6" Laptop about 5 days after ordering. It arrived well packed and undamaged. That's where the good news ends. Charged her up and used it constantly for 4 days. I read about the crappy battery in the Amazon reviews, and its true never even got up to 4 hours charge time, no matter how I adjusted the settings. Confirmed, battery life claims of nine hours are just bogus. On the fifth day I attempted to turn my new computer on...nothing. Got in touch with HP service department ( they are as helpful as the can be in this situation) come to discover my 12 month warranty, only had 7 weeks left on original 12 month manufacturer's warranty. HUH?? This seller ordered these machines from HP and the warranty starts on the laptops when they are delivered to the seller. So 12 month warranty started in this sellers warehouse. Great. How does something like this happen?? I do not know. Remember this computer is one week old. But I'm just getting started, turns out this seller illegally upgraded the memory from the original of 8 GB to16 GB. WHAT?? Effectively nullifying the warranty completely. I was informed by HP service this kind of UPGRADE ON A COMPUTER THAT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR IT CAN CAUSE MANY DIFFERENT FAILURES AND ISSUES INCLUDING OVERLOADS. Why would a third party seller do this?? I do not have an answer, just more questions. So I contacted Amazon and they are directing this third party seller to contact me via email. Supposedly within the next 48 hours. We will see, stay tuned for the finale. I will update. Today's date is 9/19/2025 Update; Today is 9/24/2025, No response from 'Galaxy Express'. I contacted Amazon customer service and they sent another email to 'Galaxy Express and sent me a return label. Now I have to take the time out of my day to REPACK THIS CRAP-TOP take it to the UPS STORE AND SEND IT BACK. Then wait patiantly, for a response from this untrustworthy company. Stay tuned I will updte until resolution.

So far, so good. It replaces an ancient Dell laptop, so most features impress me. It’s quick enough for my needs which aren’t that demanding. Most of all, it has the feel of a reliable machine, which is a major plus for me. Bottom line: It’s a keeper.

I love my new laptop! It came with so many extras! The mouse works great and so do the earbuds! The laptop itself is super fast and easy to use. I can’t believe how light it is also! Free Microsoft office, just follow the very easy instructions. I did a lot of research for a new laptop, and I’m glad I chose this one!

Great device, seems to function well since initial setup and usage. Love the capacity and easy setup. The battery is the issue. This battery drains quickly and requires the charger to always be nearby. It's been unplugged from a full charge and battery still doesn't show full on the screen. When you DO get a full charge, you're doing good if you get a few hours out of it. Having 2 previous laptops that have easily lasted literally all day, this one is noticeably lesser quality. Could be a rare defect, no clue. Amazon took me through the return process as a resolution. Did try after the return was approved to get a repair / replacement battery but seller clarified they do not provide parts. So frustrating to have to wipe my new laptop. send it back, and start the search again. Otherwise great device, seller has been responsive, AND very glad to at least have the option to get a refund - that's why 3 stars instead of 2.
