I’m 22 years of age. They are big pills but other than that I’ve actually gotten feedback from my workplace saying they’ve noticed a change in my attitude and mental awareness. For someone who doesn’t have access to medical assisance and has mental issues like ADD. I would totally recommend this product. I’m truly great full. I take one every day for work.

I’m 70yrs young and I’ve kind of gotten used to brain fog. But my baby sis is 60yrs and she gave me a bottle. She swears by it. I tried it with some doubt but sure nuff, my brain flipped its on button. I still forget stuff, been doing that all my life, but honestly after a few weeks I noticed I was present again. Now I hear and understand whatever is happening around me again!

From its review and package instructions, i can say it must be a quality product, but unfortunately it just doesn’t work on me.There is no difference for me whether taking it or not.
