Kasa Smart Light Bulb KL110, LED Wi-Fi smart bulb works with Alexa and Google Home, A19 Dimmable, 2.4Ghz, No Hub Required, 800LM Soft White (2700K), 9W (60W Equivalent)

These bulbs are EXACTLY what I was looking for. The soft white color is perfect for a bedroom during wind down and bright enough to do work by. The attached image does not due them full justice). I highly recommend them, if you have a 2G network available. Note: Your mobile device will NOT have to operate on the 2G network. Just the bulb, but be sure you have the network password handy. The instructions that come in the box could be clearer to be sure, but it’s straightforward: 1. Install the KASA app on your mobile device (if you don’t already have it). 2. With your mobile device on its usual network, open the Kasa App (make an account or login). 3. Select the plus (+) sign 4. Choose “Device “> “Smart Bulbs” > “KL100 Series 5. The App will set you through the rest of the setup in detail. There are just a few steps (follow from within the app but this is FYI) A. Power OFF your lamp and install your new bulb. B. Power ON your lamp and wait for the bulb to blink 3 times. B. Connect your device to the BULB’S Wi-Fi network (temporarily). Each bulb has its own unique name that starts with TP-Link (something). C. Return to the Kasa app (It will prompt you at the top) D. Assign the bulb a unique name and location and you are good to go. **Important** Any manual light switches must be left “ON” and any manual dimmer controls must be set to 100% in order to control the lamp from your app. Voice control is available from Alexa and Google Home following instruction from those suppliers. I haven’t tested Google Home but I have 3 bulbs working perfectly from the app (Image attached) and Alexa (image attached). I’m extremely pleased.

When I received these bulbs, it was a minimum amount of time spent to add them to the software app and Alexa. I went through the quick setup 1 time with each bulb and shazam........they were set up and working perfectly. Some people reported that they aren't bright enough, but I think they are perfect with a warm glow. I previously used Sengled brand bulbs and I would not recommend them to anybody. They were CONSTANTLY disconnecting or wouldn't show in Alexa. Numerous times I received a message that their software was down. I'm happy to replace them.

These were very easy to set up. All I had to do was download the Kasa app and follow instructions, which were fairly easy to follow with minimal to no hassle! And they are dimmable, which is great. You can easily have them controlled by Alexa, and/or control it only through the app. It's up to you. I have 2 of them controlled by Alexa, and my husband, who hates dealing with anything phone tech, controls his only through the app and loves how easy it is. Easy to turn on and off. And the brightness is great as well. I am very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this product to others.

These weren’t quite as bright as I originally expected, but honestly that ended up being a positive for how I’m using them. The light is soft and warm and adds a really nice, cozy feel to the room rather than harsh brightness. Installation was straightforward, and connecting them to the Kasa app was even easier. Setup only took a few minutes, and everything paired without any issues. The dimming feature is a must-have and works smoothly, whether you’re adjusting it in the app or using voice control. I’ve been using them with both Alexa and Google Home, and responsiveness has been solid so far. Being able to control brightness hands-free or from the app is super convenient and makes a noticeable difference in daily use. If you’re looking for ultra-bright bulbs, these might not be it, but for warm ambiance, easy setup, and reliable smart control, they’ve been a great addition.

Love these lights. So easy to set up and synced with my google home. I love the dimming feature and just speaking to turn off and on. I’ve had previous smart bulbs but had a hub with that set. This was much easier to set up.

Works well, easy to connect to alexa.

I replaced my regular LED Light Bulb, in my Living Room table side lamp, with this product. A 5 minute job, for a Single 71 year old, woman. The price was right and BONUS, the light is dimmable, according to your needs. Works with Kasa app and links with Alexa Show, etc., for voice control. Best $10, I have spent, in years. Highly Recommend

I like that I can change the brilliance and brightness. With the app, it’s easy to schedule however the scheduling is limited compared to Tapo. Responds well to Alexa. Fairly easy to program. The Kasa app can merge with the Tapo app can merge with the Alexa app however there are minor things that have to change in the Kasa app. A gradual turn on is not smooth. It comes on in jerky moments no matter how short or long the time. One thing to note is that if your internet goes down, they won’t come on. Even with a schedule. If you need to manually turn them on, they turn on at the power last activated (25% etc).

No me dio problema conectarlos, y ponerlos con Alexa, dan buena luz, yo los puse para un cuarto de televisión, lámparas de pared, me gusta esta marca porque tengo ya como 7 años con 3 que puse afuera de la casa y no me han fallado y duran prendidos casi toda la noche como desde las 7 o 6pm los programo para que vayan bajando la intensidad mientras pasan las horas hasta que se apaguen a las 4 de la mañana y el recibo de luz sin problema, no hubo cambios desde que los puse, de verdad que no gastan!

El foco en cuestión es como la gran mayoría que existen en el mercado; lo resaltante de este producto es que, es de fácil instalación, su aplicación es muy fluida, se sincroniza súper rápido, la función con Alexa es genial, el brillo es regulable y el tono de la luz es muy amigable a la vista

Installed about 1.5 months ago and so far working very well. Not sure how long the bulb will last, but judging by other Kasa products I purchased, I would be surprised if the quality of this was poor and it died anytime soon. Along with other Kasa products I bought, this also brought peace of mind going on vacation recently, being able to switch a lamp on/off at will, even from outside of Canada!
