These are a little large however, they are easy to swallow. I do feel as though they are effective in helping to balance hormones. I have not had any side effects from it. I feel as though they are good quality and potentially give some energy as I have been feeling less tired.

I’ve been taking these for a month now, and I feel like I’m getting some positive results. I’ve always had hormone problems, and I can only treat it with natural supplements. I can’t take any kind of hormone pills or replacement therapy. I’ve had less night sweats and hot flashes, so I feel like they are working for me. The size of the capsules are normal and easy to swallow. I don’t have stomach upset, and they don’t have a taste or aftertaste. They are non gmo and 3rd party tested, so I’m confident in the quality of these. Overall I would say they are effective for what they claim to be for. I will continue your them in my regimen.
