Great taste, one of my favorite flavors from Ener-C. I love the relief the drink gives from fatigue and heat exposure. Would definitely buy again and continue to use into the future! I’ve tried the other flavors/non sport varieties and used them for years in the summer time to recover from intense activities like hiking or just sweating all day and being in the sun. I prefer the sport blend- the taste is super pleasant(which was a nice surprise) and I feel like the benefit in a different way. I didn’t think I would notice a difference at all in the blend/benefits received, so I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend trying this product and/or comparing it to the other blend based on your specific needs.

Use this during cold a flu season. Can't really say its effective at preventing a virus but may help reduce symptoms. I like to mix with hot water and add half a lemon and half an orange.

Item was as described/expected. Good outdates. Only issue was that a couple of the boxes were dented upon delivery.

excellent for the gym bag. i added this to some room temp water that was in my bottle and shook the 💩 out of it then added some cooler water because i wanted the crystals to dissolve properly and it seemed to work out. i hate when you add some crystals to water and they wont fully dissolve and you’re drinking this icky drink. i tried some with the water i brought back from the gym (since i give my bottles a nice wash anyway) which comes out cold. by the time i got home it was not as cold and put this mix in. gaver a nice shake to the right. and im delighted to say there are no crystals! this mixed right up! woot woot? berry mix just right. its a bit refreshing too. this one is my favourite from the freebies ive tried.all the others have a gross taste and that slime feeling when i drink them. this one is definitely the least creepy to drink. the lemon lime is also nice. this is by far my favourite and i will buy this as i need the electrolytes desperately. of the other three or four brands ive tried i just. they are so unbearable. i got to shoot them back like bar rails. they are just so awful and have a sorbitol taste i cannot stand. not crazy about the non-recyclable pouches. 😕 convenient for hikes and bikes, just pick up your trash please and dispose of it properly. the ground is not a garbage can. stop treating it that way...( timmys crew especially. prove me wrong! ) i was having non stop back spasms yesterday since i forgot about electrolytes and wowzers! this stuff helped better than a pain pill or muscle relaxant. i have a few degenerated disks in my back. this drink really did the trick. nw i see im out. so its time to order some more.

Love these electrolytes. Price is very reasonable and they are super small and compact which makes it easy to pack on the go or even bring on a run. Mixes well and tastes great. Ingredients are natural, no artificial dyes which make it a great option to have on hand for my whole family. Useful for hikes, runs, gym days, work or even as an emergency on hand drink mix for anyone that might be low on electrolytes.

Delicious and got rid of my headaches. A bit expensive tho
