We used this product dispense coffee made in a separate cafeteria unit .It keeps the coffee hot for a fair time at the table.Easy to use & of a smart appearance, good value for the price paid.

I bought this to make tea in so that I could have a hot second and third cup. When it arrived the lid did not look like it would stand up to everyday use so I have put it in the motor home for occasional use and use a more practical but not so good looking one at home. I think it would be good for keeping drinks cold or ice cubes in the summer.

Stylish jug but not great at holding heat in. Outside gets very warm as the jug allows heat to escape.Quality of cap mechanism doesn't instil any confidence that it will last very long.Generally feels like it's cheaply made.

As I have limited mobility I take a coffee flask to bed ready for morning. This appealed because of its larger size, and claims to keep hot drinks hot for 12 hrs.On arrival I was immediately annoyed because the lid and spout are made from plastic.The item is very light which makes me question the twin walled stainless steel construction.It leaks when tipped and the lid firmly closed, doesn’t keep drinks hot, so unless you like tepid coffee in the mornings this is an absolute no go. Altogether cheaply made and flimsy.Very disappointed and will be returning

Cette carafe fait son job mais honnêtement un peu juste point de vue qualité du bouchon. A manipuler avec douceur sous peine de le casser.....Bon, en même temps, on en a pour son argent.....Article correct si on en prend soin.

Gute Wärmedämmung, auslaufsicher, negativ der Verschluss muss manuell vorgenommen werden, bei dem Preis einen automatischen Verschluss erwartet

La carafe s'est cassée en deux alors qu'elle était pleine de tisane. SUR l'ordinateur de ma fille!

Die Thermoskanne sieht toll aus, aber nach 10 Stunden ist der Kaffee nicht mehr heiß (lauwarm). Ich brauche heißen Kaffee. Der Verschluss hält auch nicht richtig dicht.
