Works well as designed
Works well! Able to make mini chocolate filled pancakes and savory shrimp pastries. We use it over butane fuel table top stoves to eat things fresh.

Perfect non-stick pan for banh khot!
Though I've only used the pan once and have had it for about a week, so far, it's works very well and is perfectfor making banh khot (Vietnamese mini savory pancakes)! The pan is nonstick which is great for cleaning, but it also gets my pancakes super crispy! So glad, I went with this pan which is half the price than other pans out there!

Chipping !!!
The coating was chipping after one use… I did not use any metal on it nor put it in the dishwasher… it just happened when I was cleaning it with a paper towel… looks like it is bad quality … I don’t recommend buying this.
