Great product but packaging was COMPLETELY different than what was shown on the listing I thought it would be a nice reusable packaging that way I can easily store them back in the box but it wasn’t it was just a normal white cardboard box with the brand name but other than that the physical product itself is very nice

I LOVE this roller. I bought my last one (different brand) in a shop in Sydney, Australia which lasted me ok. It would always get metal residue on the side from scraping the Rose quartz every time I used it. One day it slipped from my hands and fell a few inches to the counter and split in two. I waited awhile to purchase a new one. I found this one on amazon and decided to try my luck. And boy was I LUCKY! This is such a beautiful product. I thought I had a photo, but cant seem to find it in its entirety. The packaging is so luxe. It comes in a sturdy white box with foam inserts to ensure the crystals don’t jumble around. I keep the scraping tool in my toiletry bag for when I travel. And my roller in my beauty cooler for that extra depuffing in the morning 😍 I love the shape of the handle too. It’s comfortable to hold. Unlike my last one that was stuck straight. The crystal itself feels extremely durable and has silicone fasteners where the metal attaches to the rose quartz, so you won’t get the scraping of the crystal. It’s runs smooth. I would definitely buy this again! Or gift it!
