Nice heavy duty rack for my All clad Roasting pan.

Stainless metal bars, easy to clean than no-stick you won't strip off coating and make the no stick rack unusable, just spray with no stick and soak in water when cooled. The gauge of stainless metal rack is thick enough to handle larger turkey, and roasts- 15-30 lbs. Had a basic thin gauge wire rack that broke when I used for a large roast. You will need to use this rack in a roasting pan, too large to fit in 9x13 pan. I love the fact I can flip the rack and use for grilling ribs too!

My beef roast and 20 lb turkey came out excellent with this rack. It's elevated just enough to allow the heat to circulate underneath. I soak it and then wash it in soapy water with a soft rag. It cleans well. It fits my large roasting pan that's about 17 in long. It fits snugly in the shallow roasting pan that came with my stove. I've also used it for roast beef and chicken. I don't put it in the dishwasher. It cleans well. I use chlorine cleanser and light duty Scotch Brite.

Item is nice and sturdy, and of heavy gauge. The craftsmanship is a bit shoddy as the wire segments do not align very well at the welds, so there is a slight problem with potential abrasion of one's fingers, and the rack itself is a bit twisted so it doesn't sit flat unless you have weight on it, so not that much of a problem, but a reason to deduct a star. All in all, worth the money, I'd say...

This is a really great rack. It worked wonderfully with a large turkey in the oven. I have only used it once so far, but it seems sturdy and it cleaned up easily. Time will tell, but I doubt I will have any problems with it.

I bought this to replace my original rack, and it works great. Clean up was easy, and roasting turned out better with the rack than when I had to make do with just the pan. This one is never being lent out. Learned my lesson the hard way.

I didn't pay enough attention to the measurements and thought the rack would fit in a 13x9x2 cake pan. Turns out the rack is longer than the pan. I think it would work out well in a roaster.
