These are just like any other butamij you may take they are big pills but they are easy to take with a glass of water they work to curb your appetite and so far I have lost almost 10 lbs in under a month :) excited to keep going I want just 10 more

This product WORKS if you are looking for a supplement that his one is it!! Has good amount of pull for the price. They are on the larger side though.

It annoys me slightly that I have to take it on an empty stomach 30 minutes before I eat but I guess it works.

This product does not work well don’t waste your time

Apparently this works for some, but not me. And I'm not crazy about having to schedule my meals around the pills. I didn't really notice an effect on my appetite. I supposed if having to wait a bit to eat is a useful behavior modifier, it could be effective for you.There was a supplement in the 90s that noticeably decreased appetite even at like a quarter of the recommended dose & I loved that, but it was banned because people's hearts were exploding. I mean., not literally, but I think people were going bananas with it & having problems. I was hoping for another miracle cure. but I had to find another way (dietbet ended up working for me--I'm a tightwad, so money is a great motivator).
