PRO 2 – Smart Hydration Bottle with Drink Reminders & Water Tracking, 621ml Stainless Steel – Syncs with Apple Health, Fitbit, Smart Rings & Smart Watches - Straw Lid - Black

I’ve been using the Hidrate Spark Pro 2 after owning the first version (which I used for over a year), and it’s a big step forward. The original already helped me drink more water by gamifying the whole thing and syncing smoothly with my phone and Apple Watch. This new one keeps all of that and improves the design, battery life, and finally switches to USB-C charging. A few things you should know. • The old model came with both a standard lid and a straw lid. • This new version makes you choose. • On Amazon UK, I could only buy the straw version. Not ideal because cleaning a straw is annoying. • Buying the other lid separately from their US store costs way too much once you add shipping. The app is great overall, but there’s one catch. It connects to Apple Health and automatically increases your daily water goal based on your activity. On gym cardio days, that adjustment makes sense. The problem is the suggested intake is slightly higher than what I’m comfortable drinking. I can hit the goal, but I end up feeling bloated. You can lower the goal manually, but then you lose the dynamic activity adjustment. Despite that, I still love the bottle. I use it every day. It keeps me drinking consistently, the build feels much better than the first version, and the charging situation is finally modern. If they bundled both lids again and refined the goal system, it would be close to perfect.

I never drink enough water, even though I'm thirsty I just carry on doing what I'm doing Every hour a tune goes off to remind me to have a sip, it's a good reminder. Solid bottle, I bought the blue one. It has a handle that fits in the lid and also a lock to lock the lid in place which is a good idea. Pleased with it

I love it. Deffo gives me motivation to drink more water. I would have given it 5 starts but the app is a bit rubbish and could be better.

This think has helped me keep hydrated like nothing else that I have tried. Since I have gotten this bottle about a month ago, I have hit my daily goals. I consistently put down about 100 oz a water a day.. your daily goals are adjusted as you day goes along. So if you have a relaxed day then it will be about half you body weight. For me that’s about 80/85 oz a day. But the days I workout it will adjust on its own to about 105-110 oz. That’s fantastic. The app is cool and useful.. complete with friends lists and challenges to keep you going and interacting with your goals. It uses  health for this and also writes my intake to the  app. I got my wife one also, and as a cancer patient it has been a godsend for her as well. Word of advice though, do not sit it upright in your car.. since it uses pressure at the bottom of the bottle to read the weight of the bottle, it will think your taking sips as it bounces. So lay it down instead One thing I will say is, it does have a monthly/yearly subscription for some extra features.. but in my opinion it is waaaay over priced. Luckily none of those features are necessary for daily use.
