These are great tasting and surprisingly nutritious... I didn't realize that pumpkin seeds have so much protein, or that they have Omega-3s and even some Vitamin K, for instance. Sourcing is an issue. I originally thought these were grown in the US... But they are currently getting the seeds from Mongolia. Which might be fine, and they ARE certified organic (I wouldn't get them otherwise), but are there really no organic pumpkin growers in the US?? That just seems crazy to ship pumpkin seeds around the globe.I was a little disappointed when I saw that they have sunflower oil on them. If you're concerned enough about your health to look for organic pumpkin seeds, you might realize that unsaturated seed oils like sunflower are only good fresh... they oxidize easily and become unhealthy. There is probably only a little on the pumpkin seeds (probably just enough to make the salt stick to the seeds) but still, I'd rather they used a stable fat like coconut oil on these. That would make them pretty much perfect...

So good!! I was not sure if I'd like these but I LOVE them. I bought the 8 variety pack because I could not choose, so glad I did. I really enjoyed all the flavors but if I had to choose I am more of a savory (also lower carb) person. Here was my order of preference:#1 Mountain Ranch - love the flavor and extra texture/coating#2 Sea Salt/Vinegar - love the extra bite#3 Sweet Texas BBQ - sweet but savory and has the extra texture/coating I like#4 Spicy Texas Chili - very good, not too spicy if that's an issue for you#5 Pink Himalayan Sea Salt - great flavorSweets -- I had a very hard time, they are equally good you just need to decide if you prefer chocolate vs coconut, etc. If I had to rank I would go with Coconut, then Coco, then Sugar/Cinnamon.These will be a staple in my pantry. I love finding new low-carb snacks that fill the gaps and are not weird in any way. The protein and Omega 3's are a bonus!!

Pumpkin seed arrived on time and very well packaged. Once seed packs were opened all the seed were very dark roasted almost black. They had a very burned and bitter taste, no pumpkin seed taste at all. I am very disappointed with this product especially since it is so expensive. I will not be ordering again. Will continue to order Gerbs and Candy Out. We eat a lot of pumpkin seeds and need a product we can depend on and SKOUT is not that product.

These are really tasty! I got a sample pack from a KetoBox and as soon as I tried them I fell in love. I was never really a fan of pumpkin seeds before I had these. They help to satisfy my potato chip needs now that I am on the keto diet. Plus you can't go wrong with anything being covered in pink Himalayan salt. :-)

Ewww. peppery and has a foul taste in my opinion. I love the cane sugar & cinnamon one. I don't understand how they can call this 'ranch' flavored... Wish I could return these. Waste of $22..

These are too good to be true when you are on a Keto diet. I wish there was a chipotle or siracha flavour in these, that would be awesome too, I will be buying this again regardless.

These pumpkin seeds are my new favorite snack. Very tasty and fun to eat. I just wish there was more in the package. Pumpkin seeds are supposed to be good for you, and these organic seeds are especially nutritious. Enjoy!

I would never order again. they taste terrible and all the salt they have is at the bottom of the bag.
