Best pillow ever
The best pillow we’ve ever had. Bought a second one so we could each have one. It decreased neck pain and numbness almost all the way within just a few nights of using it. The memory foam firmness is perfect, and I love the options of the high and low side for comfort.

Nice and comfy.
100% would recommend this pillow to anyone who has trouble with neck pain. Mine was so bad I couldn’t stay to sleep all night. Over the counter pain meds were not helping. I seen this on line and fiqured have nothing to loose. Perfect weight and firmness, so far retaining shape. I slept all night and no pain this morning. Also no headache. Deliver was quick and was just as described. Now am going to order one for my sister.

ACTUALLY *IS* the best and only option I've found (so far) that doesn't cause cervical pain!
***As close as I can find to my perfect solution*** after trying 5 different pillows similar to this general shape. My 35 yr old temperpedic memory foam pillow needed to be replaced. I've tried >10 pillows with a 2 being tolerable, and 7 being excruciating neck-breakers that after a week caused severe disabling pain throughout the days when I previously did not have any. I had no idea how unique that pillow was and it's take a loooong anything process to find another suitable pillow that will work. I hate feeling so specific and dependent on a pillow. I seem to be ok with whatever a few days, but more than that and my sleep quality, duration and discomfort the following days will suffer. So THIS (and only this) pillow absolutely DID alleviate my rotten cumulative neck pain. That said, it's unnecessarily annoying in other ways: •The arm wings are extraneous and offer nothing anotomically supportive. •The width of the pillow makes it difficult to squeeze into a pillow case which then compresses and this compromises the function of the foam. •The hight at the back could have been done with the width of a standard pillow case's dimensions in mind. •It's ugly. I really don't want to look at the goofy shape splat white and gray shape on my bed and I don't want to have to take the entire pillow off the bed to find a place for it away from the cat or dog when I make the bed reach and every morning. Considering aesthetics, it's a fail. _(And it just doesn't have to be!)_ The only thing that makes this pillow differently successful is the low height in the head bowl, the lower cervical support edge and the ability to remove about an inch of foam from the back of the head bowl area. The high back side is way too high for a healthy cervical spine to sleep on all night unless the person has an unaddressed severely pronated cervical spine (as many of us do from crappy forward flexed postural demands from life driving/computing/texting/assembling/etc.) —Can you tell I'm a manual therapist?— The only thing the high side *might* be good for is reading *before* sleep. Other than that- I've given up on funding THE pillow and will settle for modifying this one in the following ways: •Taking an electric turkey knife to trim the "fat" off the foam— remove the arm wings, and shave about an inch of the length of the back side. • Mark when my ears lie, and punch 2 string threads through both of the higher sides of the head bowl for side-sleeping, and add buttons to pinch that area down toward the bottom. I'd love to use snaps if I can find they correct type. • Resew the inner liner and case to accommodate the end result. I'll update with pics when it's done and report whether the mods actually improved or missed the mark.

My favorite pillow!
I like this one so much this is my second purchase of this pillow. After trying a number of other pillows, this one has the best height and medium firmness I am looking for. As a side and back sleeper, I feel more rested each morning as I can breathe better and no longer wake up to a sore neck or shoulder. Highly recommended!

Great for back sleepers. Not for side sleeper.
This is a great pillow for back sleepers. However, I’m a side sleeper and still experience some discomfort in my shoulder using this pillow. It is firm, which I was looking for.

Comfortable pillow
Great pillow. I used to wake up with really bad neck pain and now I no longer have that issue. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

Comfortable!
This pillow was so comfortable. It was firm enough to give my head and neck support to alleviate neck pain, but soft enough for a comfortable nights sleep.

Instant relief and better sleep
Very impressed with this pillow. I haven't slept this well in some time. I was struggling with non-restorative sleep, waking up tense and not feeling rested. Changed the pillow and instant improvement. Highly-recommend.
