Overall I am impressed by this headset. Sound is clear, and people at the other end don't seem to have any problem hearing me. Two things I don't like though. 1st, it doesn't like to hang up calls, always have to hold the button for what I consider an excessive time to hang up, or sometimes even click on the phone call button itself, in order to hang up. The other is powering off. Actually two things here. At the end of the day, have to hold the button for a long time again, to shut it off. The other is, that sometimes if you walk away from the phone for to long it shuts itself off (saves power, but...) and you don't know it. You won't know that it's off, until you try to use it (to either call out or answer) In spite of the issues, I am still basically happy with it, just sometimes a little annoyed by the idiosyncrasies. But a good value for the money.
