CRL "Sparkle" Cleaner and Stain Remover - 8 oz. Bottle

This is a totally awesome product! I live in the country, where hard water deposits from sprinkler overspray have wreaked havoc with my windows. After trying just about every home remedy known to the internet, I came across a piece of advice that was worth its weight in gold: Buy a bottle of CLR! I'm here to tell you that this stuff really works! It took a couple of applications to cut through 10 years of hard water marks, but my windows look spotless for the first time in years. I was so impressed that I proceeded to do all of the windows in my home--a task that I ordinarily avoid like the plague because I'm never happy with the hazy, streaky result. And once again this product did not disappoint. For the first time in many decades of window washing, I have glimmering, streak-free windows, and with a minimum of effort. Notably, this product is not like any other window washing product you may have used with a squeegee or with a spray bottle and a roll of paper towels. It is a thick lotion that goes on like a liquid car wax. You apply it with a damp cloth or paper towel, let it dry, then wipe off the residue with a buffing motion. The process is really very much like applying wax to a car, but much more quickly and with way less effort. And the shine--oh my goodness! I really cannot say enough good things about this product, which has taken the angst (and the failure) out of window washing for me. I'm anxious to see what it does on my bathroom mirrors. I should mention that I'm a real Amazon curmudgeon who rarely gives rave reviews. But this product has truly earned one.

Works fantastic for glass shower doors and also good on bath porcelain glazed tile. Make sure you use a damp cloth and the spreading goes easier and faster. Just wait a few minutes and wipe it off with a clean dry cloth.. Shower doors will look like new again.

Short review -- it WORKS. Full stop period buy it. I can literally go back the last three years in my purchase history on Amazon and list off extender/reacher doohickeys, waxes, polishes, pastes, clay bars, special microfiber cloths, cleaners and et cetera for the simple task of cleaning our windshield. Literally north of $200. The only thing that worked was elbow grease. Even then it only got to a point where it was good enough. Saw this product mentioned on a show that fixes old vehicles. Figured why not. Ordered. Tried applying with the magic melaniephone sponges (Mr Clean) --- nope. Had some old spongecloth towels got 'em wet applied Sparkle and the inside was done within 5 minutes. Then did the outside. LITERALLY wiped it off with paper towels. Inside first then outside. You can see what you missed. Did two vehicles the same night, one 30 year old that had been smoked in, and a modern vehicle that had been vaped in. If you're buying a glass cleaner for your car, buy the correct one. If you need to clean the glass, on and in your car, buy this. 15 minutes tops and it'll look brand new. It's a little spendy, it works, and our time is worth something.

This product makes short work of water spots on auto windows it's amazingly easy to use Just wipe it on with a damp cloth a thin coat is all you need and then you just let it dry to a haze and buff it off. It comes off with no effort at all and leaves the window looking like brand new glass I don't think I've ever seen anything that claims to work but works as well as this!!! I was almost shocked at how good it made the glass look. Do not hesitate buy this product.. you will not regret

It's a paste, very much like the paste cleaner wax used for cars. I suspect it is a very similar formula. It works but requires A LOT of elbow grease. I would recommend this only for glass with VERY HEAVY water stains. A regular bathroom cleaner will suffice for weekly cleaning.

Great product, did exactly what I hoped in two cleanings. Only 4 stars as the bottle it comes in is awful. Absolutely awful, it makes the product almost unusable with the mess that it creates. When closing the lid it splatters product everywhere and it drips down the side like no other. The bottle is 1 star but the product is 5/5.

I can't believe how well this works on water spots! I have spent so much money of car detailing products promising to remove water spots on glass just to get disappointed over and over again. I found CRL in a local online forum and WOW! This really works and requires no elbow grease. I 10/10 recommend this for removing water spots on automotive glass.

I tried this product on some water spots and cloudy vintage glassware. The glass is not scratched at all (so that is not the reason for the cloudiness), but this cleaner was ineffective in removing any of the films or cloudiness.

This product is absolutely great for cleaning your shower glass.

Cleaned fairly well but did not remove the sticker glue marks as well as I Had hoped.

Did not work as advertised.
