Grey Pneumatic (1211P 3/8" Drive 11-Piece Pipe Plug Socket Set

These were just what I needed to perform the maintenance on my tractor and implements. after reading horror stories of others trying to jury rig a tool to make it work for the removal of the pipe plugs in a hard to reach location on my tractor, I found these at an affordable price. These assisted in making the job extremely fast and easy to complete the task. The quality of these far exceeded my expectations. With my tool box full of Craftsman, Snap-on and Proto tools these are an equal. Great finish and fit to both the male and female sockets with really easy to read sizes. Plastic case is sized to hold the sockets together in one place and durable. Would but other products from this manufacturer. They got it right.

I did not buy these for pipe plugs however they would work just fine on pipe plugs. I bought them to useon refrigeration compressor service valves. The tools that are sold to use on service valves are all Chinese junkreversible wrenches after one week the teeth strip off and your knuckles gets wiped out and end up in a bloodymess. With these sockets you can use your favorite 3/8 inch ratchet and apply massive amounts of torque toopen stubborn valves without ripping your knuckles apart. Also you can use a 3/8 inch extension with them toaccess hard to reach areas. They fit perfect on the square service valve stems and will not round them off.I wish I had thought about these years ago they would have saved much grief.Pass this on if you know a HVAC/R tech.

If you remove a lot of pipe plugs you should have these sockets!

I needed a set of these to remove the plugs on a GM crate motor as well as to remove long set in place plugs on an old motor that's going to be rebuilt. After nearly choking after seeing the price of a lot of the sets, I was kind of skeptical about the quality of these as they were one of the least expensive I looked at and were a brand I was not familiar with. That being said, it was entirely worth the money! Besides easily removing the plugs on the new engine, they took the abuse of being hammered on for nearly five minutes in some cases to bust lose a few of the old plugs on the 22 year old engine. The sizes are clearly marked on them and they're easy to read. The quality of them seems to be very good. Used with a impact gun or ratchet, they do their job well.

Absolutely love this product, I went allover town trying to find just one socket to remove oil plug on rototiller to no avail. Could order one from local auto parts for half the cost of this kit and it wasn't impact rated.

I used these to remove the plugs on the fuel rail on a Ford7.3. They worked well. Quality is good and case is top notch. Woulda been better if I coulda found them in 1/4 drive but oh well. Now they’ll sit in my toolbox for 30 years collecting dust.

So much better than using an adjustable wrench on square heads. Fits perfectly and allows you to use a ratchet with an extension.

Works for what I needed. Box is cheap plastic however I did not buy it for the box.
