I don’t have any major issues with this product. I just can’t tell if it’s effective, but an also not sure what’s in it, or if I’m taking it correctly. The packaging looks nice, but is strange, with minimal information about the contents listed on the label. There’s no off-putting flavor or anything bad, seemingly about the supplements .The capsules are small enough and easy to swallow. They don’t smell funny or cause any side effects, like stomach upset or indigestion, that I noticed. The directions say to take 2 soft gels with or meals, and it says not to exceed the recommended daily serving (which isn’t listed in label). I think this is importance enough to include on the jar. If this is a nutrition supplement, it should really have a nutrition label. There is a QR code, but I did not look at that…again the info needs to be readily available on packaging. So, I might not be taking it correctly, but I’m not seeing any dramatic change in my appearance. So, if you want to try it and check out the QR code, then feel free. It might work, and they might actually tell you what’s in it, as well as the maximum dosage per day. Who knows.
