I love lemon balm for my anxiety. It also helps with sleep too. It's inexpensive and works! I take lemon balm with passion flower and it really helps a lot... product was fresh and ships fast :)

I take one every night with dinner. I have been struggling with insomnia and this helps me get more consistent sleep. It's definitely not some miracle supplement but it is undoubtedly helpful. I saw some other reviewers talking about it benefiting their anxiety, as someone who has very bad anxiety this hasn't helped with that at all.

Works as intended.

I take 1 of these about an hour or so before I would like to fall asleep, and it really does the trick for me. It helps me feel relaxed and calm. I usually take it with one or two Passion flower supplements as well. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep, my mind tends to wander and I begin to feel anxious. However since I started using these supplements I have less trouble falling asleep, less tossing and turning. I like that when I wake up I don't feel foggy or tired like with other sleep aids.

I'm a college educated herbalist and I bought a bottle for my roommate to help his anxiety issues (he cannot tolerate the side effects of conventional medications). It took about two weeks of daily dosing to achieve full effect, and we have both seen definite improvements in his anxiety levels. He plans to continue using this product.I just want to add: Before using this product please be sure to check that it will not interact with any other medications you nay be on.

I had been on the drug, prozac for several years since my husband died. I was amazed and very happy that it was better than the drug.
