Good Cherry Flavor
This Shaved Ice Syrup is quite thick and strong compared to others I have used. Be aware that if you use too much the flavor will start to take on a cough syrup like taste. So, if you get that taste, you need to use much less. I actually have added about 1/3 water to 2/3 syrup it makes the flavoring flow better through the ice and a strength of the flavor easier to keep from making the ice too strong.
