Just what I needed!
I have always struggled with having a stuffy nose at night, and it got so bad at one point that I decided I needed some sort of a solution. For about a year I used nose dialators to help me breathe at night when I sleep, but those would often fall out at night, and irritate my nose... so I tried looking up a better solution. I found these nose strips after searching for a while. I decided to give them a chance, and I'm so glad that I did!! I'm never going back to nose dialators, these are exactly what I needed. These nose strips open up my nose really well (I have a larger nose/bridge so I get the large size), and I can notice a big difference when I wear them vs am not wearing them. I can breathe great when I'm sleeping, and I haven't had a problem with them yet. The ONLY thing I can say is that I'll occasionally get a small breakout under the nose strip, but I just put a small piece of tissue paper under the strip where the breakout is so the nose strip doesn't irritate it more when I wear it/take it off. So far that has worked pretty well for me. Also, I just try to be really careful taking them off in the morning so I don't hurt the skin on my nose. If you rip it off I imagine it would hurt a lot and do a little bit of damage 😬 so just be careful and also make sure to take good care of your skin in that area. Overall I'm very satisfied with these. They stay on all night (I wash my face before bed) and they help me breathe a lot better.

Works Well
Much more comfortable and effective then more popular brands you find in the store.

IMO better than Breathe Right
These are stronger and stick better than name brand and much cheaper. One star deducted, they leave a little adhesive on your nose. Use with care, they can take the hide off you due to superior adhesion.

Inferior to Breathe Right strips.
I can wear Breathe Right strips without having them irritate my skin, but these Clear Passage strips irritate my skin even though they are supposed to be for "sensitive skin". Another problem I have with these Clear Passage strips is that they are not easy to get out of the wrapper. Breathe Right strips have an easy open wrapper that has two tabs that you simply pull apart. These Clear Passage strips are not easy to open because there is nothing to get ahold of. You have to rip and tear at the wrapper in order to just get it out. There are no tabs or anything else to make it easy to get them out of the individual wrappers. They are about equal to the Breathe Right strips as far as opening up my nasal passages, but I don't like them for the reasons mentioned. I'm pretty sure I won't buy them again because they are inferior to the Breathe Right strips.

Wish I'd Tried Sooner
I have a deviated septum and nose strips help some. I've been using the #1 national brand for over 20 years. I tried a couple store brands, but they didn't perform well. The #1 brand recently made some changes to their product and the new model didn't work as well for me. I decided to try an alternative available on Amazon...Clear Passage. They're darn near perfect. Hold firm, but are comfortable. Easy and painless to remove and leave virtually no adhesive residue. They're also less expensive than the #1 brand. Great product.

Improved sleep and cardio performance
Without nasal strips, I occasionally snore if I’m in certain positions while sleeping. With these nasal strips, my wife says she hasn’t heard a peep. It’s an immediate difference once I put one of these on. My nasal passages open up and I can easily take full breaths through both nostrils. I’ve not had the issue reported by others about having these rip/tear the skin on their nose. This is probably different for everyone depending on your skin’s sensitivity. I’ve even started wearing these strips for long runs and they significantly improve my performance by allowing me to breath through my nose for a longer period of time/at a higher heart rate.

WEAK.
In terms of flex, I didn't even need to apply one of these to know that they're too weak; having used a couple of types of Breathe Right strips, all I had to do was flex one of these while in its package. I thought the Breathe Right Extra strips were too weak, and these are even weaker. Even though the Breathe Right Extra strips are a bit more rigid than these, I'm not going to go back to those as they are still inadequate. I wish I had a better recommendation; the best ones I have tried for opening nasal passages really well are the Breathe Right clear strips for sensitive skin. The big problem with those is that by the time morning comes, the adhesive has dissolved into mushy goop and the strip is falling off. Still, they are preferable to the Breathe Right Extra strips - removing the adhesive on those is murder on my skin. They don't even come off cleanly with straight 90% rubbing alcohol; it takes makeup remover or baby oil first (baby oil being superior). If they had the sinus passage opening strength of the Breathe Right clear strips I would definitely still use them and just tolerate the adhesive. Bottom line: when it comes to nasal strips, it isn't the adhesive that matters most - it's the strength of the semi-rigid material that lifts passages open. These definitely won't do it for me, and I will need to send them back. I might consider going back to the Breathe Right clear strips and using an adhesive bandage over the top. I wish someone could get these things right!
