I love these Vitamin C capsules. The liposomal delivery system really does make a difference. I don't have any digestive discomfort after taking. I've been using these regularly during cold seasons, and while it's hard to measure immune support directly, I rarely get sick and when I do, I recover noticeably fast. The capsules themselves are fairly large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you might need to take them one at a time with plenty of water. I recommend these specifically for people who want maximum absorption and don't mind paying extra for potentially better bioavailability.

Vorweg: Einzig die Firma LivOn Labs, die selbst produziert und Konkurrenz ist, behauptet dass dieses Produkt nicht wirklich liposomal ist. Es gibt aber einen ganz leichten Test, um es zu überprüfen: Wenn ich mir bei Erkältungen pures Vitamin C Pulver über den Tag verteilt gebe, dann muss ich sehr auf die Dosierung aufpassen: Nehme ich mehr als 1 Gramm in Einzeldosis, dann ist Durchfall angesagt. Das ist bei purer Ascorbinsäure immer so, bekannter Nachteil. Anders bei lipsomalem Vitamin C: Egal wie viel man hier nimmt, die Verdauung leidet kein Stück. Das ist einer der Vorteile liposomalen Vitamin Cs. Die Kapseln hier nehme ich seit letztem Jahr bei Infekten und bin bestens zufrieden, nie Verdauungsbeschwerden bekommen. Sonst habe ich mir Liposomales VitC selbst hergestellt mit Sojalecithin, destilliertem Wasser, Ascorbinsäure und einem Ultraschallgerät - das schmeckt aber leider absolut ekelhaft. Genau wie alle anderen flüssigen Lipo-Produkte, die auf dem Markt sind. Deshalb nehme ich die Kapseln. Da schmeckt man nix! Und da meine Verdauung nicht reagiert, wenn ich 5-10 Gramm davon täglich nehme (nur bei Erkältung), muss es liposomal sein. Sonst hätte ich schon bei 2 Gramm auf dem Klo gesessen. Das ist im Übrigen auch die gängige Überprüfung bei der eigenen Lipo-Herstellung: Bekommt man Durchfall, ist's nichts geworden, reagiert der Darm nicht, dann hat man erfolgreich liposomales Vitamin C hergestellt.
