good strings
they are very good coated strings. they are worth the money offering the same quality as some more expensive coated strings like daddario xs. they feel very natural, almost like they dont have coating. they have excellent sustain, durability, and corrosion resistance that lasts significantly longer than regular uncoated strings while maintaining clarity and brightness.

Better than standard slinky’s
I have always preferred lighter Ernie Ball strings, but they always seemed to corrode quickly. Coated strings fixed that problem. These strings last at least twice as long for me as standard slinky’s with the same tone.

A slight step up from the Cobalt Set
I usually get the Ernie Ball Regular Slinky Cobalts, but they were in short supply. I ordered the coated version for a dollar more. I like them just as much, if not more. They don’t break, they feel nice and they should last a little longer. So far so good. They seem a little louder, too. I’ve put them on my Epiphone Casino Coupe.

Not for me but good quality still!
Last decently well, but not exceptionally longer. Tonally a little nasally, not dull, just not as full as I wanted. I used a set on my PMC ES335 prototype Japanese made guitar. I play mostly Christian Rock and Alternative, including Indie Rock. I sometimes play blues, jazz, reggae, hard rock, etc. I play both rhythm and lead guitar, using a Bolt BTH100 amp. Pros: -Decent value -Tone lasts a little longer -Bright -Durable Cons: -Lacks fullness -Could be smoother -High strings corrode still I would suggest trying them out, as tone is subjective, these are good strings, yet I am using either Electro-harmonix 10's or SIT silencers 10's.

Higher quality Ernie Ball Coated Slinky strings.
They seem like higher quality Slinky strings. They do not leave black on your finger tips. Like cheap Ernie Ball Slinkies do. Compared to other coated electric guitar strings, these seem harder to tell if their coated. The reinforced with titanium I believe make them on the bright side. But this is all my want a be guitarist opinion. I'd listen to someone with much more experience than myself at this point in time. Current date of my review is 1-3-26.

and these Titanium/Ceramic are my favorite. I like blues and jazz so dark tones ...
Strings are a personal choice. I ordered cobalts, Pure nickel round wound, Dean Markley Cryogenics, and these Titanium/Ceramic are my favorite. I like blues and jazz so dark tones are my favorite. I happen to understand the science behind Cryogenics, which is not what the process is really named, and there is a differences. Molecule alignment does make a differences. They are more supple than reg steel and just a shade darker in tone. Not bad at all. I did not like the Cobalt's. Good tone but they feel a little foreign. I will try a larger gauge, as suggested, who knows. What can you say about Nickel round wound. Tone is awesome an supple beyond belief. Pure blues and jazz sounds. Absolutely great. Titanium for me won the day. Maybe a shade brighter than nickel and a shade stifer, but the Ceramic coating on all 6 strings make old clauses glide over the strings with out oil. With a little bit of singer sewing machine oil, your fingers just float over the strings. I practice about an hour+ daily and I am still waiting for them to wear out. All the benefit of coated strings with no tone degradation. Yep, the others are good but... Thanks!

These are superior strings
They may eventually wear out your frets but they sound good and last a good long while. They won't be replacing nickel anytime soon but they bend in higher gauges with ease. I stopped playing Ernie's some years ago but these brought me back.
