Its a completely flavour and smell free oil. SO for those people who dont like coconut smell this is a great product. Since i take only one Tbsp a day , it will last me a long time too. I use it only in coffee in the morning

Not good MCT oil
I have used several brands of mct oil and decided to get this expensive one thinking it's of better quality. It's the first mct oil that made me bloated. It causes weird reaction in body and does not give me any results similar to other mct oil. Generally I always experience anti inflammatory, energy, glow and general feeling of well being. This sharett mct disappointed in all accounts.

Love it
Bit pricey, but a great choice for Keto! No foul taste or after taste or even after effect! But thats maybe coz I was already drinking coffee with coconut oil. This I can add to any herbal tea/ soup etc. Beautiful! And helps with energy as well :)
