Worked initally, But stopped rising after few days
It was working well in the first few days, but after few weeks, It was not rising, I did not keep it in any hot place though the temperature outside was high. Did not contaminate it by any means. Wished I bought a small pack.

Waste of money.
This is not working as described. Bread never raises. I have used as described and for 400 gram loaf I used half the packet and the yeast did not activate. After keeping inside a dehydrator to keep it warm it slowly started fermenting. Seems either the culture is old or having mostly dead cells. It stopped raising for after a two hours. Very poor quality.
