Delicious milk and ingredients are good. Using for smoothies and coffee. Love that it’s unsweetened.

I love this almond milk. It's my favorite, and I have tried many brands.

This is the best-tasting almond milk I have tried so far, and the only one that lasts long enough after being opened. See, I only use it in coffee, and I don't drink coffee every day, so with most non-dairy milk that comes in this size aseptic carton, it starts to go sour before I can use it all. Except this one so far has not gone sour before I can finish the carton. I appreciate that. Don't know how they do it, but I love it.

This is the worst tasting shelf stable almond milk I have ever bought. I like to buy shelf stable "milk" but this is not good, IMHO. The only thing I could do was to add vanilla flavoring to make it taste good enough to put in hot coffee and tea and cold cereal. I won't buy it again. It has an after taste unless you flavor it or mask it.

This is so far my favorite almond milk, hands down. Why? It's the richest for what it is—unsweetened and unflavored—and still low in calories. I add it to vegan recipes and even my coffee (instead of creamer)! It's so good even on its own! I'm so happy it exists. I do purchase it from time to time, and it's never low quality, but it is a bit pricey and would be lovely if it went down a bit. Thanks, Califia!

This is by far my absolute favorite brand of almond milk! It has just the right amount of vanilla and creamy texture without that weird taste. I didn’t know they made a shelf stable option for this brand and was quite pleased to find it. I have only one store that’s a 1 hour drive who carries this larger product in the refrigerated section. I think this smaller size is perfect since I’m always worried about using the larger one before it starts to get a little whack... This one sold here is definitely not cost effective however the size and convenience of not taking up extra fridge space is worth the price. Also, I noticed a few reviews that said the taste was not the same as the larger refrigerated container.....well it tastes EXACTLY the same! I’ve used two cartons so far and the both taste exactly the same. The only down side is that the shelf stable box expiration isn’t that long (1.5 months) as compared to other brand shelf stable almond milks. I was hoping that when I was in town I could buy the larger container and use this shelf stable container as a hold over until I made those trips but that won’t be the case on this shipment.

I’m trying to eat lighter in the new year. I love the six pack of these for my overnight oats recipes. Good flavor. I prefer the unsweetened. Stores well and has fewer calories than regular milk.
