It's a good product because I felt energetic, but it's not for everyone.I took it for 2 months, and during this period I had severe stomach cramps, but I understood later that it was the cause.After stopping it, I got relieved day by day. The side effects outweigh the benefits for me.

This is a lifesaver. Reduced my fartings by 100 percent take six tablets and it does also reducesy coughing but double the dosage

Can't take for more than a few days at a time as I start to feel pain in my kidneys but boy does it control body odor wonderfully, I wish I could take it every day forever! Discontinuation solved the issue but my kidneys are unusually sensitive I think, even 1000mg doseage of vitamin C (ascorbic acid supplement) daily makes them start to ache after a handful of days. Your experience may vary. I save the chlorella for special occasions (weddings, conferences etc) and start it a few days prio then discontinue immediately afterwards

I Stopped eating daily cold salads (during cold Chicago's winters yuck), no negative changes but I do now take 32 oz of water in morning and 32oz after 12:00pm. The body tends to hold and recycle the water, no frequent urinal runs. (Movements are soft and ample, sorry). Maybe 8-16oz after 6pm. My energy has improved even more with the water regiment. I started off with two pills and within 1 weeks, I was at 5 pills before bed and 5 in the morning. I have felt amazing since taking these nutrients.
