Cotton Carrier Universal Adapter Plate

If you have a small camera, this probably isn't for you. I am using it with a Panasonic G9, and I am still able to access the battery compartment. There are times when I prefer using a tripod, especially with video but also with photo. I followed the online video instructions, and the device allows me to connect to the cotton carrier and then go directly to the tripod. I am very satisfied with this product.

The Cotton Carrier Universal Adapter plate works as well and is as useful as I had hoped. I still value the Cotton Carrier's comfort in carrying heavier camera/lens combinations, particularly when prompt accessibility is important, and as I now use a tripod much of the time it is ideal. Of course it's an overly expensive piece of hardware, but the admittedly small group of us who have chosen the incompatibility of Cotton Carrier/Arca Swiss must necessarily pay a premium price for this well made work-around.

This has solved a big problem for me. I like to walk to destination wearing the camera on my Cotton Carrier harness, then swap to monopod or gimbal when I get there.. this now saves me having to remove the foot and I can just interchange. Brilliant!

それまで使っていたのが、ゴム部分にストラップを通す仕組みで、切れてしまったため購入。これはストラップホールが金属部分にあるので安心。
