I began having hot flashes at the age of 39 and they came to a point to where I was having like 5 an hour and it was driving me insane. I was having a hard time sleeping and I was always irritable because I was either having a hot Flash or freezing cold from coming out of a hot Flash. And I have ordered a Box each month since and take them everyday. It was very upsetting when I went to order my new Box and the price has almost doubled in 4 weeks since I ordered the last box. This is becoming extremely frustrating that these corporations just keep raising prices, simply because they can get away with it and nothing more than greed! That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars!

Product is excellent but always delivered smashed up. You put them loose in a big box with heavy items like cat litter??? DO BETTER! !!!

This particular brand and color of box took my hotflashes and moodiness away as long as you take as per instructions. Only this color box of estroven worked for me .
