Perfect replacement for “Decorflame” electric fireplace bulb. The original bulb worked for years. I’ve run just the light part a LOT. This little fireplace has been great. I’ve used it outdoors under the deck, in the rv and around the house. Purchased it years ago. These torpedo bulbs are long enough to give the perfect bright glow. I purchased the daylight or the white. Not the soft white.

When my ceiling fan lights burned out, I started to panic when I discovered that the bulbs have such small bases because I thought it would be difficult to find replacements. The unit said the maximum wattage I could use is 40 watts and that’s what these are. They fit perfectly. I don’t really care about the type of light they emit, just that the overhead light is bright enough to see for me to cross the room to turn on my bedside light. With three lights, I get the same degree of brightness as any ceiling light.

The bulbs are nice and bright and just what I was looking for. The reason for the four star review is that one of the six bulbs just completely came apart. The base came apart from the bulb part rendering it useless. This happened while I was screwing it into the appliance so I was lucky to be able to get the base out. So really I got five bulbs in this order.

This works perfectly, it’s size E12 which means it’s small-check your light fixture to be sure that’s the size you need, usually there’s a label near or in where you put in the lightbulb. I got the brighter light instead of the warm light, and it isn’t fluorescent (which I didn’t want) but it gives plenty of light to see. I will be getting some warm ones to replace a different light fixture as well.

It’s been over a year & these are still going strong. No complaints.

Totally met my expectations. It is so brilliant and fits perfectly on the lamp.
