I have been using this rope for about 3 weeks now and I perform about 1600 jumps everyday. I have found the quality to be very good and the weight is on the heavier side compared to all other jump ropes in the market for the price. Very good for cardio and strength workout.However there is one small issue. As you can see due to the usage, the small ring which holds the rope is too weak and it just popped off during my jumping session. Since I had the handle of an old jump rope (which has a broken rope), I just replaced and added another steel claw like structure (highlighted in the pictures in red) and repaired it. Now it's pretty sturdy and works well.I would just suggest the manufacturers to add a small steel clamp like I added to make it more stronger and durable.

Pros:1) Rope is heavy so you can swing it very fast for quick jumping.2) The rope feels solid. Not easily breakable.Cons:1) A little short for a person my height even after full adjustment. 6 feet.2) The handles are a very light and feel like cheap plastic.

Bought this rope after using Reebook speed rope which is retailing for around Rs.1,600.It is good quality thick rope which will help in working out your entire body.Locking system for adjusting lenght works fine too and handle has good cushiong and comfortable grip.Kindly be mindful of the fact that initially it will take some time to get used to the rope. This is true for any new rope you buy. Once you develop strength and muscle memory, you would be able to sail through easily.Good luck.

After use for a week, I can say Rope and bearings are good quality. Length adjustment is easy. However rope is little heavy and handles can be little thin. Overall, it is helpful for daily light exercise.

The product is excellent at INR 169 + 50 delivery charge. That's the amount I paid for it in 2018.Handles:-The handles are exactly 15 cms in length and 3 cms in diameter. They are comfortable.Rope:- The rope is slightly heavy so it's good for swinging. A spring covers the rope at the lower most part when you swing so damage to the rope due to rubbing against the floor is reduced.USP:- Unlike other ropes that has the rope coming out of the handle. This one has a ball bearing on top of each handle and the rope is attached to a small swivel that comes out of the handle. So the rope rotates smoothly.

There is convenient jump rope I have bought, I usually took morning & evening for weight loss, it is much better compare to other brand,if you want to buy jump rope,i suggest to get this one.I give full stars for quality,designs,materials

it is very cheap quality and not value of money at all and there are many good options are there in the market and on the net rather than this one while using it I had an accident the the handle got out of the ropes and just band on the wall and it's always spread its pieces
