Excellent value for money, good quality and product for women especially with gyne issues as I have endometriosis and adenymosis. Cant taste it when you blend it in as a smoothie or shake.

This has become a solid part of my natural wellness routine. It’s not a medicine, but if you’re into natural products and know how to use them, this is a great addition. The gelatinized version is easy on the stomach, and it gives me a noticeable boost of energy. I genuinely love how I feel when I take it.

The taste, smell and texture took getting used to but the resulting energy is welcome especially for this menopausal girl who hasn't exercised in 10 years. It is supposed to balance my hormones. I don't know if it does, i know i use it and can work out and hence sleep better. I will be reordering

Haven’t been using long enough to see any benefits, the reason for 3 stars is the taste, some people say it tastes like cinnamon, nope it is like chewing a burnt log. I find the easiest way to take it is a teaspoonful in water and drink quickly
