After our dog unceremoniously decided to throw up on our woven jute rug, we figured it was the perfect time to upgrade and replace it with a new one. The Ottomanson 3.3'x5' Area Rug was the perfect rug to place in front of our sliding door to the backyard. The rug is wide enough to extend in front of the entire opening portion of the door, and does a fine job of catching the little bits of dirt that inevitably get through the door, even though we take our shoes off as soon as we come in. It is a bit on the thin side and has a rubberized backside is similar to a bathmat. The rubberized side keeps the rug firmly in place and we haven't had an issues with it moving on our tile floor, even though the kids and dog run over it constantly throughout the day. The rug is thick enough to be vacuumed, and because it is a beige and chocolate brown colored pattern, dirt and other debris doesn't show up easily. The pattern is simple and attractive, and will likely fit into many home décor. At the under $20 price point, it's the right price for an indoor rug and is good enough quality to hopefully last many years.

They are a cheaper fabric, they are not plush like a carpet. Yet these colors and this size are hard to find. I have ordered five of them over time to us in the kitchen, hallway and garage. The pattern and colors look nice at a distance, but not up close, they hid stains and are easy to vacuum. Dirt clings a bit if they are just shook. They are thinner than a carpet sample that you would bring home.

It’s a great balance between durability and coziness. Cons: Size: While it fits well in most areas like hallways and kitchens, I wish they offered slightly larger sizes for bigger spaces. It’s perfect for narrow areas but may not be the best for larger rooms. Overall: This rug is a fantastic addition to my home. It’s easy to clean, stays in place, and looks great in any room. Good quality rug

Cheap rug looks ok has lasted this long, low quality looks cheap but works

I knew this was going to be to long where I wanted to put it but I ordered it anyways because I liked it that much! They did not have the size I needed to cover the whole area I wanted covered which is like a 3.6 x 3 ft. I ended up folding it under carpet on the edges. I only use the backdoor to let my fur kids out to do their business. ( 2 small dogs) The way I have it laid and folded it's flat where I walk so it's not hazardous. This is the same kind of rug I use in my living room but different pattern and it's a 8x5. I am really considering buying this for my living room but the one I currently have is still in good shape and not that old. I may go ahead and buy this to have when the one in my living room is worn out. These rugs are great to use as area rugs over faux or wood flooring. I would definitely recommend purchasing this. The negatives I read on this rug blows my mind away. I suggest you ignore all negatives and buy the rug!! Update: I decided to order the 2x3 to use in front of my back door knowing it would be a little short covering my 3ft x 3ft area well the size listed as being a 2x3 is not the correct measurements. The length is 2'11" and the width is 2'x2". I wanted to make buyers aware the measurements are not correct as listed. This makes the rug shorter on covering my area needed. See 2nd and 3rd picture. The rugs are nice. Yes they are thin but they do not move once layer down on a faux wood floor. The first pic is the 3'3" x 5' in the backdoor area with the rug folder under because it was to long. I decided to try the smaller size and it just doesn't cover all the faux wood flooring. I moved the larger size from backdoor to my dining room kitchen area. I'm not sure what to do now. I am going to get an opinion from my landlady on what she thinks.

Not a high pile rug, but tightly woven , not sparse , great for mudrooms , entry ways looks neat and tidy . Rubber backing so no need for a floor protector Underneath helps it from slipping too. Bought the runner first , then bought the 2 piece set of runner and mat. Great value . Well made ,very happy.
