Medical Alert ID Dog Tag PVD Coated Steel with 27" Stainless Chain (incl. 10 Lines of Engraving)

Smaller and heavier than I was expecting, but pretty nice looking overall. Solid black with silvery/golden engraving on the back and a bright medical alert symbol so it doesn't go unnoticed. Very easy to read font and color. Writing is slightly off-center, further to the right than the left, but i'm probably the only person who it would bother. Nice long chain, would probably buy again. Nice little wallet card too.

It's very important that someone who has a medical condition have some sort of id on them. There is enough room you can have your name, a contact name and number, you condition, special medications, and any allergies to medicine. If you aren't able to tell someone this information due to some uncontrollable accident or something, then this lets them know what to do. The company was excellent to work with too.

Wow this came and was very attractive and very sturdy. Be very careful about spelling because they will print exactly what you write. 10 lines of free engraving.I have some severe health problems and this could be a potential lifesaver in the case I become incapacitated.

the tag haves all the important medical data on on it. I am very satisfied with it
