I didn't have issues following the engrish instruction manual, but to be fair I only looked at the pictures. It's a simple machine to use and seems like the only durabiltiy issue may be with the bungee cords that provide resistance. Places like McMaster Carr sell replacement in bulk though, so I think this machine whould be in service for a long while.

worth it
