Good buy for the money
Fast delivery and the tuning forms work just fine for sound wave experiments. Apparently I am supposed write more, which that kind of ticks me off.

No sound
There is a little vibration but no sound. Cannot be used for sound therapy.

I dont know how to use it with patient. May be good for some experimental stuff, but not useful for clinical settings as they dont have anything at the rear side to place on forehead or on the mastoid. So not useful for any clinical purpose.
