This item was very expensive. Can purchase at local drug store for less than half the price. Picture and price per 100 ml are both inaccurate and misleading.

Misleading description. Thought it would be 2 packages. Not one package with 2 units. Price per unit is high. There are pther seller of a 4 unit package which end up cheaper. Also the photo of six packages is misleading as well.
