Very nice sturdy triple decker bed. Kids are enjoying it. Carpenter came and fitted very well.

The wood is not good. Daily the powder falling on floor and ladder getting week. I inform to supplier but no response.Iconduct customer care 10 people same timeously. So I want immediate action pls

excellent quality. the packaging was very good and the workman was very efficient. the finish of the product is really great. Requires 2 single bed matresses that need to be bought separately.

The media could not be loaded.  Quality of the bed is good although it can't be called great product was Delivered too late from the promised date there is a crack in the corner plus MDF boards one board was Damaged from the corner not want to return it just for such minute issues otherwise Amazon could take another 2-3 months for replacement of the product which is again unacceptable after paying so much money for it build quality is good kids are enjoying it overall a great product space saving as we have three four and the half years old kids it is perfect for them best part is it can be dismantled into different beds and can be used as separate bed units also hopefully for kids we don't have to buy more beds as they grew this product is sufficient for them atleast for another 20 years or more which is quite good.
