Limited options but its nice!
I have been wanting to buy this book since a long time and finally found it on Amazon. It took a while to reach to me, considered its a ready made product which only had to be shipped, but it was packed quite nicely when delivered to me. I was a little disappointed by the limited options (as compared to what I expected) but it has been quite useful to me. I am a fashion designer and 'some' techniques came handy! Would like to browse more books from this seller though.

I’ve bought this book as a gift. I have a copy of my own which is great for trying out a wide variety of fabric manipulations including smocking, controlled pleats, godets , with full instructions on how to do them. All photographs are in black and white which is fine because the fabrics used in all techniques are also white which makes the textures of the fabric very visible.

Ich war erst skeptisch und wusste nicht ob ich es mir holen soll oder nicht. Aber (!) hätte ich gewusst, wie toll es ist, dann hätte ich es schon viel früher geholt. Das ist ein dickes Buch mit lauter neuen Techniken, auf jeder Seite sind mehrere Techniken gut erklärt. Dieses Buch würde ich jedoch schon erfahreneren Schneidern empfehlen, weil manche Techniken es in sich haben. Aber an sich sind die Techniken so gut erklärt, dass jedermann sie schaffen sollte. Ein wirklich wirklich gutes Buch!
