Aroma is divine
The flavor is pretty subtle in my biscotti but the aroma is absolutely divine. Maybe I didnt use enough bc some of the reviews said it was very concentrate.

Strong essence
Used it in my lingerie cookies and macarons gives a wonderful flavour. It is quite costly though.

Bitter almond flavour
Use sparingly in sweets/marzipan; bitter almond essence can get overpowering. Thankfully it evaporates off during baking, leaving a pleasant essence behind.

Not worth buying
I don't think I'll be buying this product. It has an overpowering smell and a chemical taste. I used it in a cake recipe, and couldn't eat it at all. I almost threw up due to the chemical taste. I knew it would be strong, so i used just a bit of it in the recipe but despite using less it was too strong. Please do something about the essence, because for me, i personally didn't get the almond taste.

gives off a nice waffer like scent, but is it even close to almond ? i don't think so!

Its good enough
Its really strong.. I would recommend to use only half of the amount in recipe and only increase it if you like really strong flavour. I used 1/4 tsp in 2.5 cups of flour and it left an after taste.. almond flavour was too over powering (so next time I'm gonna use just 1/8tsp)
