Returned the item due to there not being enough space to make mandatory updates right out of the box.

I’ve had my rose gold laptop for 13 months now. Bought it to work from home and have had no issues with it. Surprisingly! It was affordable so I didn’t think it would last this long. Only reason I’m here now is because my puppy chewed through the cord and I need a replacement cord. It was unplugged, puppy is ok! :)

Product(s) excellent and no doubt complex packaging is for safety ... buy unpacking these products was scary with no instructions/no labels as to what I was about to unpack!
