Does this product really removes ingrown hair spots?

Yes, it does help in *fading* ingrown hair spots. It seems that the skin gets a chance to heal and rest from ingrown bumps. Not sure of what ingredient helps with this but I have used Tend Skin for years and will certainly help fade the look of dark spots. In addition to that use turmeric powder to shrink the hairs, brighten skin, and fade spots and discoloration. Just be aware Turmeric powder stain very well, so make sure to use something like black soap to remove the tint.

What is the percentage of salicylic acid? Most face products have 2%. Is this stronger?

It doesn't say on the bottle, but the registered patent for Tendskin International says the percentage is about 5%. The exact amount may be proprietary info.

Can you still put on deodorant while using this product or do you just have to stop using it to use deodorant again ?

Yes I believe you can apply deodorant after applying the product. You will have to let the solution dry for couple mins before applying though.
