Tut echt gut mit dem Ball zu arbeiten. Mein Körper ist danach immer tiefenentspannt.

Passt prima!!
Der Ball hat die optimale Größe und ich kann alle Übungen mit ihm machen. Beim Aufblasen muss ein wenig mehr Luft rein, da beim Herausziehen des beiliegenden Röhrchens etwas Luft entweicht. Der Geruch ist neutral. Die Farbe wie beschrieben. Daher von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.
