Impossible to install.
Instructions are horrible, parts are not labeled or identified. Installation manual is worthless. You spend your time looking at pictures and videos trying to figure it out.

Not as easy as it looks.
Getting the thin plastic tubes into the small openings was difficult, as they bent and didn't fit easily.

Appears well made.
The awning is fairly well made. The biggest issue is the lack of instructions for connecting the wiring. Next biggest is assembling the unit DEFINITELY takes two people and DEFINITELY takes aver three hours assuming you are fairly mechanically oriented. Customer service/response is OUTSTANDING.
