Excellent soil for avocados 100%
A month ago, I planted avocado seeds to sprout, and now they have released their roots. I wondered what kind of soil to buy, and after careful selection and analysis of what is available on the market, I settled on this soil. And I did not regret it! The soil is airy, loose, it is clear that it was prepared specifically for avocados. The soil contains all the necessary microelements and fertilizers. One bag was enough for planting 5 seedlings, and there was still some left in the bag for topdressing. When my seedlings strengthen, I will buy more of this soil. I hope that all my avocados will feel great and grow. I will update my review when the plants start to sprout. UPD: A month has passed, and all my avocado pits in this soil have sprouted and started growing into new trees. I’ve never had such great results before. I will definitely buy this magical product again. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Top-Notch ingredients, Important to Pay Attention to the Package Size
This soil blend for avocado trees has top-notch ingredients that include clay pebbles, lime, peat moss and worm castings. It seems to have a bit of sand too, which my avocado tree likes as it enhances drainage. I tested the pH and it read just about 7.0 on our meter. All-in-all, it's a great mix of ingredients and a very good texture for avocado trees. It would be a much better alternative to making your own mix (which I've done in the past and it was time-consuming), but 3 quarts doesn't go far at all. I'm not faulting the manufacturer, as they clearly state the quantity that you will be receiving, it's just that it doesn't go very far and it's a bit pricey. This would be a very good option if you are planting a small avocado sapling or growing from seed.

Perfect Soil for Happy Avocado Trees!
I recently tried the GardenWise Avocado Tree Soil Premium Organic Potting Mix, and I have to say, from the moment I opened the bag, I could tell this was quality soil. It has a light, fluffy texture that drains well while still holding enough moisture to keep my avocado tree hydrated between waterings. The fast-draining quality is especially important for avocados since they hate sitting in soggy soil—and this mix really gets that balance right. One of the things that stood out is how it’s specifically tailored to avocado trees, with a pH range and nutrient blend designed just for them. I’ve used generic potting mixes (from the big box stores) in the past, and my young trees never quite thrived. Since switching to GardenWise, I’ve noticed stronger root growth, healthier leaves, and even some early signs of budding. The fact that it’s 100% organic is a big win for me… I like knowing that I’m not loading my plants (or the planet) with harsh chemicals. If you're serious about growing avocados, this mix is totally worth it. I’m planning to repot all my young trees with this blend now! Pros: • Tailored pH and nutrients for avocado trees • Fast-draining but retains just enough moisture • Organic and eco-friendly • Noticeably boosts plant health • Some other organic mixes tend to bring unwanted bugs or weird odors, none of that here. Just fresh, earthy goodness. Cons: • NONE! It might be pricey… however, that’s the price for QUALITY! GardenWise knows how to feed your plants/trees, etc… Highly recommended!

Looks to be Good, But Way Too Pricey
I got this Avocado Grove premium soil blend to use as is advertised, as a soil amendment for my Avocado tree. Coming inside to overwinter, it has been struggling somewhat and hopefully this soil amendment will be just what it needs to perk it back up. This soil is very well packaged and it appears to be a good product. However, the current On Sale Price of $34.19 for just 5 quarts is rather outrageous for dirt. If I were to entirely repot my large Avocado tree with this soil, it would take at least 5 to 6 bags of it. At $34-$35 a 5 quart, it would be some $170+ to over $200 for my tree. At that pricing, it is more sensible to just buy organic avocados at the store. What miracle ingredient is in this soil to have such a mark up on it's cost?

Small bag of specialized soil blend for helping small avocado trees grow
This potted soil has high-quality additions like round porous rock pebbles, and perlite, which can prevent root rot and regulate soil moisture. The bag is lightweight and resealable, and the soil is easy to use. It is thoroughly dehydrated, so at first it resists absorbing water, and you may need to Pre-soak the quantity that you want to use beforehand. If you use this with your sprouted avocado pits, I feel that it might increase your chances of getting a little tree out of it. It is a small quantity, good for when you first bring that avocado plant home from the nursery, but it is not enough to fill a large pot with an established tree. This would be a good gift for a parent or a school teacher who wants to show how to grow avocado pits into plants.
