Very good quality pillow
I was looking for a good quality pillow for quite some time. Finally the search led to this pillow. One can customize it for size, thickness and firmness. A good pillow improves your sleep quality which is very essential. The pillow looks expensive but is worth the money spent. After I purchased, all my family members have purchased. The pillow cover is decent, the zip could have been better.

Size is not useful, I think little bit more size would be preferable for sleeping purposes. Quality wise is ok Support is fine, thickness is also good. Heat generation less

This thing gives me a headache
So, I got this pillow ... and for reasons I don't remember ... I left it in the box for well over a month. Then I finally opened it and I left it somewhere for a few more months. My old pillow croaked ... so I was about to buy a new pillow when I was reminded that I had spent like INR 1000 on some fancy little pillow. So, I hunted it down and started using it. And what a pathetic piece of junk this turned out to be. Is it soft? Yes it is. Does it recover its shape after you deform it by placing your head on it? Yes it does. Does it get deformed when you place your head on it? Yes it does! It compresses like nobody's business. That, I feel, is stupid engineering. If you want a good pillow, stick to our parents' style "cotton filled, cloth pillows" that our parents would get made from the local "bed and pillows store." If you want to be hip and act all western and then be in pain because of some stupidly engineered product ... buy this stuff or any of those other new generation pillows that are trying to replace the old Indian styles. If you find a good "bed and pillows store" that still makes those old style cotton beds and pillows by actually stuff high quality cotton into the bed/pillow ... let me know. That's all from my side for now ... I got to go meet my chiropractor ... because this stupidly engineered, Chinese made, pillow ... is making my neck and the back of my head hurt. Overall ... NOT recommended. I wasted my money ... and I don't think you should. Don't buy this badly made, over priced pillow.
