Defective piece with dead battery and no thimbles
Three problems : 1. Timer switch not working. 2. Thimbles not supplied with the timer 3. The Lithium Battery fitted with the timer switch was dead I've used frontier timer switch earlier and it was great. But this time it's been a disappointment. Have initiated return.

Times reset issue
I purchased this timer few months back. Intially(first one to two months) it was performing well. Later the timer settings got resetting automatically. May be due to back up battery became weak so that during power cuts the timer settings goes into resetting. Am planning to connect this into a inverter line so that timer doesn't goes into resetting.. Can anyone give suggestions to rectify my issue.
