Wonderful!
So far so good. I’ve made yogurt with this maker about three times now. It works great! I love that it maintains a steady temperature and has a timer. I ordered the one that comes with two large bowls with lids. They are perfect for storing your yogurt in the fridge. So easy. Love it!

Suteck Yogurt Maker Happiness
I recently purchased this yogurt maker. I wanted to make L. Reuteri yogurt and I didn’t want an appliance that was a Mono Tasker. So I tried using a small cooler with hot pack inside to keep everything warm with so so results. My crockpot was next, it required almost constant monitoring for 7 hours to stay at 108 degrees. My Insta Pot is one of the few that doesn’t have a yogurt setting and the temperature cannot be adjusted. So I gave up and took the leap, passing on the one everyone uses in Videos and bought the one that looks very much like the YouTube version. I bought the 2 quart option. I followed the directions for cleaning the appliance and making the yogurt. Both were well written and easy to follow. The default setting is just what I needed. The yogurt came out beautifully. I love my Mono Tasker. It is small enough for me to tuck away and does a great job. If you are new to making yogurt, whey is going to seep into the scooped out space in the yogurt. It doesn’t mean is gone bad. It is full of probiotic goodness. Pour the whey on your dog’s food, mine love it. Drink it down, or stir it back into the yogurt. The Suteck yogurt maker is quality tool on your way creating food the way you want it.

Worth the price, does it all right.
It works, it’s not industrial type quality as many made it sound in saying it’s high quality. But it’s just good quality that is okay. For the price, if it last ls for two years workit weekly I’ll be impressed and happy. It’s not a price of garbage as far as it lion and feels so far. I’m happy enough for the cost in today’s high market. Do recommend unless I ever find a more professional build. One thing I wish every company would do is get rid of plastic lids because we’re learning how toxic and deadly micro plastics are and they should all almost make it a law that we move into stainless glass and natural things and also pure silicone. Some silicones are not safe but when done properly and it’s clear silicone it is safe for working with Foods. That was probably just my worst complaint that I live with though.

So Many Problems with this Yogurt Machine
I've never made yogurt before and the Manual doesn't tell you how to use this machine at all. I struggled to find answers. I bought the 2 bowl model and it arrives with 8 indents in the bottom for the 8 jars, Rufus says all models come with 8 indents. So my bowls do not sit flush on the base. The video shows adding water and the written information says you don't. I set the machine to 106F, I tested the yogurt temperature with a digital thermometer and it said 115F. I had no idea if this was normal or not but the internet said up to 115F is okay to make yogurt. Day 2 I tested the temp of my yogurt and it is 124F, ruined, stinky. Why is it heating to 124F if I set it for 106F. Others complained about uneven heating and Yes, when I dumped my ruined yogurt it was very cooked where the center of the machine is and the other sides were not as cooked. Overall, this machine has alot of problems and I would not recommend it.

Questionable temp control - gets hotter than programmed for L Reuteri
I bought this as recommended in the Super Gut book, but I'm not thrilled with it. I'm on my 5th batch of L. Reuteri and it keeps coming out gritty, then after research, I learned that this is a common problem when it gets too hot. I add water up to the level of the yogurt in the containers. So, today, I started a batch with only one container in the device, and water level up to the yogurt level. About 2 hours later, I used my temperature gun to aim at the water and at the glass of my yogurt container, and it was not 100 degrees as I set it, it was 104! So, I canceled the settings, set it for 2 degrees lower (and 2 hours shorter), and waited 2 more hours, and still, running about 3-4 degrees over the setting. So, "maybe" I can just set the temp a few degrees cooler and get it to work out right? It's definitely going to take some monitoring for me to figure out if I can set it lower to get the desired temp, or if I just need to find a different yogurt maker. Bottom line, I've used it to make 5 batches without separation (there's always just a little whey but not much) and no other problems other than the texture is not smooth. If you are going to buy this machine, I suggest that you also spend $10 on a point-and-click temperature gun so you can monitor the temperature. Or, I guess you could use your digital meat thermometer.
