Very crisp even in Monsoon season
This is a fantastic product ...your fried stuff remains crisp for a long time even in high humidity monsoon season AND you can reuse batter by spring it in the fridge and using it cold straight from the fridge. Great ...must have in your pantry!

Its corn starch
I dont know what actually tempura means, but according to me the powder is just corn starch. No difference at all. So instead of buying this better pur hase corn starch

Nice Batter Mix for Tempura
Good quality batter mix but could have been better. I used batter for making pakoras and tempura.. gave nice crunch to the dishes. Product is good according to the price.
